American DataCom Expands Its Operation in Greater China/Shanghai

Miss. & SHANGHAI, PRC--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 30, 2002-- North
American DataCom, Inc. (OTC BB: NADA - news), the broadband
data storage company and provider of web-based collaborative
software solutions for government and industry, announced
today it has opened a liaison office in Greater China. The
liaison office, established in Shanghai, will focus on application
service product development, and will strengthen NA DataCom's
ability to rapidly respond to market opportunities within
the Pacific Rim region.
The Shanghai office not only provides an expansion of NA DataCom's
business base, but signals a strategic move for the Company
to develop products with local Chinese partners in a rapidly
growing market for collaborative application service and software
solutions. Operations in China will serve as one of several
initiatives to generate demand for the Company's broadband
data communication products and services. In addition to developing
joint ventures to market these products and services, the
Shanghai office will operate as a strategic hub providing
high value sourcing, collaboration, product development, and
synchronization services between China-based manufacturers
and American manufacturing, distribution, and retail companies.
