International Changes Name To North American DataCom

Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 24, 2000--At a special meeting
held on March 10, 2000, the shareholders of Pierce International
(OTC BB: PRCIE) approved resolutions to change the Company's
name to North American DataCom and to change the Company's
corporate domicile to Delaware. The Company's new trading
symbol will be announced once furnished by the NASD. The Company
also increased its authorized capitalization to 150,000,000
shares of common stock and 10,000,000 shares of preferred
stock. On March 16, 2000, the NASD appended an ``E'' to the
Company's PRCI trading symbol because the Company has not
yet filed its 10-Q Report for the quarter ending December
31, 1999. The Company expects to file its 10-Q Report within
the period required by NASD regulations. North American DataCom
is an information technology company with a strong emphasis
in Wireless and Fiber Optic Technology, Internet Service,
Network Support Services, Remote Critical Data Storage and
