Pierce
International Names Bryan D. Forman to Lead the Fiber Optic
& Wireless Communications Division

Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 22, 2000--The Board of Directors
of Pierce International (OTC BB:PRCI), announced today that
Bryan D. Forman was elected to be the Chief Operating Officer
of the Company's new Fiber Optic & Wireless Communications
Division, North American InfoTech.
Pierce
is an information technology company with a strong emphasis
in Wireless and Fiber Optic Technology, Internet Service,
Network Support Services, and Remote Critical Data Storage.
The Company is expanding and upgrading its Mississippi facility
to accommodate increased communications bandwidth capabilities
through fiber optics and wireless technology.
Mr.
Forman joins the executive staff of Pierce International and
will head up the Division responsible for all aspects of the
construction and operation of the North American Fiber Optic
Network. He has 37 years of Telecommunication experience in
both broadband and wireless technologies. Mr. Forman comes
to Pierce from Qwest International, where he spent 19 years
as Vice President and General Manager responsible for Qwest
Transmission Inc. Prior to Qwest, Mr. Forman had broad telecommunication
experience with Illinois Bell, Collins Radio, Brown &
Root, MCI, and Davis & Associates Consulting. "We
plan to build a highly experienced staff from the associates
I have worked with throughout this industry over the years.
This Division's management will have the technical and business
skills needed to succussfully implement and service this competitive
high growth market." Mr. Forman indicated that several
key management positions have already been filled.
