Robert
R. Crawford
Chairman,
CEO of North American DataCom & Chairman of North American
InfoTech |

Mr.
Crawford is Chairman and CEO of NAD and has been President
and a director of North American Datacom since August 1998.
From 1989 to 1998, Mr. Crawford was the Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of New York Regional Rail Corporation, a
short line railroad based in Brooklyn, New York. Between 1981
and 1989, he was the chief executive officer of several companies
in the transportation industry. In the period from 1963 to
1981, Mr. Crawford held executive positions with International
Nickel Company, Union Carbide, and NL Industries. From 1971
to 1975, Mr. Crawford was a Vice President with Dominick &
Dominick heading their international investment banking effort.
Mr. Crawford served as an officer in the United States Air
Force from 1960 to 1963. He graduated from Lehigh University
with a BS in Metallurgical Engineering and holds an MS in
Metallurgical Engineering and Solid State Physics from New
York University. In addition he has a MBA in Corporate Finance
and International Business from New York University. Mr. Crawford
holds several patents for composite materials.

Ted
Roberts III

| Mr.
Roberts has been the Chief Information Officer of North American
Datacom since 1998. Mr. Roberts was Director of Information
Technology from 1994 - 1996 for Thiokol Corporation's Nozzle
Division facility located in Iuka, MS. He was responsible for
all Information Technology decisions for the facility including
the procurement, contract management, installation, and operations
of computing. From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Roberts managed the development
and integration of Lockheed's Advanced Solid Rocket Motor Information
Processing Systems, which exceeded 100 million dollars in technology
developed. From 1981 to 1991, Mr. Roberts managed various Information
Systems Projects for Lockheed Missiles & Space Corporation.
He graduated from New Mexico State University in 1980 with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and completed
graduate work at Golden Gate University towards a MBA. |
Gordon
D. Evans
Vice
President of Operations, NAIT

| Mr.
Evans is Vice President of Operations for the North American
InfoTech responsible for logistics, strategic planning, and
manpower allocations for the construction of the North American
Fiber Optic Network. He came to North American from MCI Worldcom
Telecommunications Corporation where he worked in the Network
Management Center in Performance Analyst and as Floor Manager.
Mr. Evans' background experience before that was with Transwave
Communications Corporation as Assistant Vice President of Field
Operations, Western Union Telegraph Corporation in Microwave
Systems, and U. S. Air Force Intelligence. |
Lawrence
R. Lonergan
General
Counsel, North American DataCom, NAIT

| Mr.
Lonergan is General Counsel for North American DataCom and affiliates.
He is responsible for contract negotiations and analysis relating
to the Company's business and capital financing, coordination
of the Company's regulatory licensing and SEC filings, overseeing
Company litigation and dispute resolution and the formation
and administration of Company policies, corporate compliance
and benefit plans. Mr. Lonergan was formerly a partner at Catafago,
PC & Lonergan in New York City, where he practiced corporate
and commercial law. Mr. Lonergan maintains a private practice
in New York City, and holds a BA from Holy Cross and JD from
New York Law School. |
Jerry
Wilemon
Senior
Systems Engineer, NAD |

| Mr.
Wilemon joined North American DataCom July 1999 as Systems Engineer
for communications. His professional career spans over 30 years
in the communications and facilities areas, including domestic
and international assignments with Thiokol Corporation, Lockheed
Missiles and Space Company, and Morrison Knudsen Corporation.
Mr. Wilemon has extensive experience in wireless technologies
and possesses an in-depth knowledge of Federal Communications
Commission's Rules and Regulations. He attended Mississippi
State University and holds BS in Electrical Engineering from
Southwestern. |
